We only offer refund /exchange of those products that are purchased online through the website https://sahjanandjewellery.com, not for the jewelry purchased through any of our showrooms.
The customers are entitled to avail the benefits of return and exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery (for same day SHipping Products) and for all other orders, the refund and exchange policy is 15 days from the date of delivery.
For all Jewellery – One-time facility of 100% refund/exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe
For Gold Coins – 100% of the current value of gold, calculated based on the current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt).
For ICC Gold & Silver Coins – No return policy
What is the procedure for availing this Policy?
The customers are required to Call our Customer Care team at 1800-345-6789 or email us at [email protected] and place your exchange/ return request.
Follow the steps to return/exchange the order
1. Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewelry box, etc.
2. Call our Customer Care team to inform once the secured envelope is ready to arrange for a pickup. (Don’t handover open packets to our representative who comes for pick up of the product).
3. The product will go through a quality check at our end, Upon its successful reverse pick up our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange.
We are completely dedicated to guaranteeing that you are 100% sure and happy with your buy. In this manner, we give you the ease of further exchanging the jewelry chosen by you even after it is exchanged one time within 5 days from the date of delivery. All subsequent request will be taken under lifetime buyback policy.
What if the product gets damaged?
If the product is damaged after successful delivery and if you apply for the return/exchange then you are not entitled to avail this policy.
